The illegal installation process was anything but easy. The whole action was planned by Paradox down to the smallest detail, from planning, painting, designing, measuring, preparing, organizing, filming, to all the security precautions. It is an extremely time consuming process and nothing about it is simple.

This sculpture was installed under tough conditions. Paradox put it up at the end of summer and right after that a bunch of pigeons started attacking it. We repaired the piece, then the rain came, and then winter. The roof was frozen and so was the sculpture, as you can see. We knew that if we waited too long it made no sense to climb onto the roof thirty times just to clean it. I did the final clean up and  installed it  it while the sculpture was still frozen, that is why you can see the slightly white surface.

Also, take a close look at the raven next to the rope safety man. That is a decoy I installed to keep the pigeons away.
