The visible spring steel bar introduces a new design concept. The open slot allows you to see the  metal directly and instantly check whether the  sweist has been over-twisted or not if yes you simply twist in the other direction to keep the tool running longer. The spring steel can also be replaced easily, and the large screws make maintenance simple and practical.

This tool is engineered to bypass the turning function of pin tumbler locks by rapidly flipping or spinning the lock core. (2 times locked) If you are familiar with terms like “plug spinner” or “lockpick flipper,” you understand the principle: the device rotates the core quickly and precisely, saving valuable time and effort during professional  locksmith work.

After more than 15 years in the security industry, including extensive locksmithing experience, I found most existing devices uninspired, bulky, impractical, and poorly designed.

The price may seem high, but it reflects substantial investment in development, prototyping, tooling, machinery, and countless hours of refinement 3d modeling printing an prototyping . Even a sold-out edition does not fully cover the true production costs behind all the stuff..

I tested a wide range of materials and designed the flipper to perform reliably even when 3D printed in PLA — which ultimately proved to be the best option.I also experimented with resin printing; while it offers a very clean finish, it does not provide sufficient glide, and alternative materials would be significantly more expensive.

I may explore SLS printing in the future to further refine performance and material properties.

This is a passion project driven by a deep commitment to product design, engineering, and aesthetics — not mass production.
